About the Performers

Michelle Gong is a 7 years old, 1st grade student at C.T. Douglas School in Acton. She started her piano lessons with Philip Feng in November 2008.

9-year-old Fianna Ton is in 3rd grade at Bicentennial Elementary School in Nashua. Starting at the age of 3, she has been learning piano for 5 years with Philip Feng. She is also learning to play the soprano recorder with Mrs. Cauchon at Bicentennial School. In June, 2007, she received Certificate of Music Achievement from Mr. Feng in recognition of her outstanding progress, performance and enthusiasm.

Julia Feng-Bahns is a 9-year-old 4th grade student at Norman E Day School in Westford, MA. She started taking piano lessons from Philip Feng since July 2005. She is now also learning violin in the school and participate practice on School’s Orchestra. She did a marvelous job on National Piano-Playing Audition on April 2008.

Ashley Chen is a 10-year-old 4th grade student at Bicentennial School in Nashua, NH. She started piano lessons with Philip Feng in July, 2006. She also plays flute in the school band.

Anna Shi is a 10-year-old 4th grade student at Harrington Elementary School in Chelmsford, MA. She started her piano lessons with Ms. Lingwei Qiu in May 2005. Since Nov. 2008, she has been studying piano with Philip Feng. Anna has also been taking violin lessons at Harrington Elementary School since Oct. 2009.

Tiffany Lu is a 10-year old 6th grader at Stony Brook Middle school in Westford, MA. She started her piano lessons with Philip Feng since she was six. She enjoys music and also plays flute at her school band. She won 3rd place for her age group at the Granite State Piano Competition in 2008.

Cindy Sun is 11 years old and a 6th grader at Stony Brook Middle School in Westford. She started piano lessons with Philip Feng in July, 2005. She takes violin and singing classes at Stony Brook Middle School. She won second place at the Granite State Piano Competition in 2008. She really enjoys playing the piano.

Angela Gong is a 11 years old, 6th grade student at C.T. Douglas School in Acton . She started her piano lesson with Ms. Olga Fain from May 2004. Since December 2005, she has been studying piano with Philip Feng. Angela was a prize winner at Bay State Contest in 2009. She is also a flute player in the school band.

Jonathan Ye, 12 years old, is a 7th grader at the Stony Brook School in Westford. He began his piano lessons with Philip Feng when he was five. In 2007, Jonathan was a prize winner at the Granite State Piano Competition. In addition, he has taken violin lessons at Day School for three years.
